Learners apply the skills and tools necessary to fulfill a leadership role in the workplace. Each learner will: evaluate leadership skills, demonstrate leadership effectiveness, meet organizational requirements, carry out individual and group motivation strategies, implement mission, vision and goal setting, display ethical behavior, establish a personal leadership style, practice situational leadership, understand the impacts of power, facilitating employee development, coaching, managing change and effective conflict resolution.
