Program Description

The Advanced EMT Technical Diploma requires a State of Wisconsin EMT license for participation. The Wisconsin Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) course is a comprehensive training program designed to prepare individuals for an advanced level of emergency medical care. This course is designed to meet the specific requirements and standards set by the State of Wisconsin and the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) for AEMTs.

  • A State of Wisconsin EMT license is required for participation in this program.
  • Current CPR certification is required prior to clinical placement. Accepted certifications include Professional Rescuer & Healthcare Provider (ARC) or Healthcare Provider (AHA).
