Homicide: Is the Caller the Killer? 2017

This course highlights the indicators made by individuals during 911 homicide phone calls that suggest guilt or innocence. Each indicator is thoroughly defined, discussed, and exemplified by actual 911 homicide phone calls. One third of all murderers call in their own crime pretending to be innocent, and much can be learned about the offender and offense from a critical analysis of the taped call.

This workshop provides attendees with a new and positive way of looking at change so it works to their advantage. Employees will be more effective at meeting day-to-day performance goals within a dynamic work environment, less affected by the stress of change, have better morale and be better at anticipating and adapting to change.

QuickBooks 101

QuickBooks is a must have tool to manage your finances. In this course, you will learn about basic accounting concepts, we will touch on how to set up and manage QuickBooks company files, learn how to navigate through the software, set up users, enter beginning balances and create non-inventory items. You will also work with customer and vendor transactions, including entering and paying bills, writing checks, creating invoices and sales receipts, and produce reports and graphs. This course will provide you with an overview of the basic features of QuickBooks to record and track your business transactions.
