- Assess personal characteristics as they relate to being an effective leader
- Evaluate effects of biases, attitudes and prejudice
- Apply the skills and tools necessary to be a leader in your organization

I’ve spent more than 20 years in human resources and operational leadership positions inside of higher education, manufacturing and healthcare. I am certified in DISC and Driving Forces Assessments, MyTalentPlanner, and DOI facilitation. I’ve maintained a GCDF credential since 2008, with additional coach training using the Co-Active model.
