Northcentral Technical College Will Welcome Students On Campus This Fall

(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) will welcome students back to its campuses for the fall semester as scheduled on Monday, August 31. Students will have the opportunity to select from a full menu of academic offerings, including in person classes, Virtual College courses that offer the highest level of flexibility with self-paced lectures and assignments and hybrid courses offered through Zoom that provide more structured learning with set lecture times and deadlines.

Spring 2020 Virtual Commencement Ceremony

(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) is pleased to recognize the class of 2020 during a virtual commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 16 at 10:00 a.m. Nearly 800 students have completed their program and certificate requirements between January and May of this year and are eligible to receive their diploma. Spring 2020 graduates will also be invited to participate in NTC’s in-person commencement ceremony this December at the Grand Theater in Wausau.

NTC Offers Free Babysitting Class Online in Response to Community Demand

(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) is responding to a growing community demand for trained childcare providers by offering a free babysitting class online. Developed by NTC’s Early Childhood Education faculty, Babysitting 101 will prepare students to be safe, effective and responsible baby sitters. Northcentral Technical College Donates Health Supplies to Local Healthcare Partners

(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) donated more than $5,000 in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to seven local partner organizations this week in response to the growing COVID-19 pandemic. The College joined a growing group of colleges across the nation that have been donating unused PPE gear and health supplies normally reserved for lab classes to healthcare institutions in dire need of medical supplies.
