NTC to Showcase Online Learning Through Free “Thrive Online” Events

Thrive Online is designed to provide learners with an overview of online classes at NTC and the tools that are used most often. NTC Waives Application Fees for Fall 2020 Semester, Expands Walk-in Hours
August 5, 2020The fall semester begins on Monday, August 31.

NTC Expands Liberal Arts Guaranteed Transfer Classes in Preparation for Fall 2020 and Offers First Class Free*

NTC Foundation Awards Student Scholarships Totaling Over $300,000

NTC and USDA-NRCS Partner to Advance Agricultural Innovation
July 10, 2020(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and eight additional colleges in the Community College Alliance for Agriculture Advancement (C2A3) will receive $529,924.48 over the course of the next four years as part of a cooperative agreement issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS).

Drive Thru Job Fair Announced at NTC’s Phillips Campus
June 27, 2020PHILLIPS, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) and the Northwest Wisconsin Workforce Investment Board (NWWIB) are partnering to host a drive thru job fair, aimed to help workers find a job during the COVID-19 pandemic. The event will take place at NTC’s Phillips campus on Wednesday, July 15 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Northcentral Technical College Will Welcome Students On Campus This Fall
June 23, 2020(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) will welcome students back to its campuses for the fall semester as scheduled on Monday, August 31. Students will have the opportunity to select from a full menu of academic offerings, including in person classes, Virtual College courses that offer the highest level of flexibility with self-paced lectures and assignments and hybrid courses offered through Zoom that provide more structured learning with set lecture times and deadlines.
