All Northcentral Technical College campus locations will be closed for summer break beginning at noon on Friday, June 27 through Sunday, July 6. Campuses will reopen Monday, July 7. Assist in the ethical animal harvesting process. This process will cover transportation, unloading, and on-site slaughtering. Determine proper documentation and procedures to follow under State Inspection in various locations.

This class will require on-site attendance at specific farm locations and for plant tours from 8:00AM-1:30PM on the following dates: 9/4/2024, 9/25/2024, 10/2/2024, 10/17/2024, 11/7/2024, and 11/13/2024.
