CULINARY SKILLS PROJECT
Assess the learner on skills learned throughout the first year of the Culinary Arts program. The learner will complete various culinary and sanitation skills in a timed environment.
Prerequisite: 10-316-101 CULINARY FUNDAMENTALS. Condition: Accepted into the Culinary Arts Associate Degree program or Culinary Assistant Technical Diploma, or with Dean approval.
