Pre/Corequisites: 10-316-100 SANITATION FOR FOOD SERVICE and 10-316-101 CULINARY FUNDAMENTALS. Condition: Accepted into the Culinary Arts Associate Degree program or Culinary Assistant Technical Diploma, or with Dean approval.
