This American Heart Association approved course delivered through the Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)® Program covers adult and pediatric CPR, barrier devices and AED. The course focuses on the needs of the professional caregiver. Successful completion includes American Heart Association certification that is valid for two years.
PALS (PEDIATRIC ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT) is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. The goal of PALS is to improve the quality of care provided to seriously ill or injured children, resulting in improved outcomes. This American Heart Association approved course is delivered through the Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)® Program.

Geared towards medical professionals, this American Heart Association approved course delivered through the Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)® Program covers cardiovascular emergencies in and out of the hospital. This course will enhance their treatment knowledge and skills through the AHA’s ACLS training courses.
Provides the continuing education required for renewing the Critical Care endorsement for the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS). Provides the necessary training for awareness of critical care equipment and assessment tools needed to care for a patient during the mobile transition from ground care to an acute care setting. Reviews the basic principles of critical care transport including pharmacology, monitoring, lab values, and ventilation.

This American Red Cross Babysitting Certification course will prepare youth to be safe, effective, and responsible babysitters. The training is designed to provide universal skills in areas that every babysitter should know, including basic care for infants and children, basic First Aid, child behavior and appropriate activities, emergency protocols, and more.
