Being a great coach and mentor leads to more productive and happy employees. Matching your leadership style to meet the needs of the employee and the situation will lead to successful results. This course will teach you how to coach your team to a high level of performance. This interactive workshop equips participants with the strategies and mindset needed for effective developmental conversations in the workplace. Through engaging discussions and real-world application, learners will explore the distinctions between coaching and mentoring while deepening their understanding of emotional intelligence and motivation. The first session introduces key concepts and demonstrations, while the second session provides hands-on coaching using live examples. By the end, participants will be able to set learner-centered goals and confidently navigate growth-focused conversations with their teams.
