When you think of staff motivation, many things may come to mind: more money, a bigger office, a promotion, or a better quality of life. The truth is, no matter what we offer people, true motivation must come from within. Regardless of how it is characterized, it is important to get the right balance in order to ensure that you have a motivated workforce.  This workshop addresses the challenges to management in terms of handling the different generations’ motivational factors.

Fire Extinguisher Safety

OSHA requires employers who provide fire extinguishers in the workplace that are available for employees use to also provide an educational program for affected workers that cover the principles of fire extinguisher use as well as the hazards of early stage fire-fighting.

Tractor Safety

This course provides youth between the ages of 12 to 16 with the necessary requirements to be certified for compliance under Wisconsin Act 455 to operate tractors or self-propelled machinery for their own family on public roads.

Leadership Development Grant Series

Apply the skills and tools necessary to effectively deal with organizational behavior and change. Each learner will: demonstrate the application of the impacts of globalization on an organization, deal with organizational culture, prepare for change and future challenges affecting organizations, assist in organizational decision making, planning, mission, vision and goal development, conduct performance management and understand the role of organizational structure.
