Northcentral Technical College Selected for National Apprenticeship Cohort

WAUSAU, Wis. (July 6, 2026) — Northcentral Technical College (NTC) is proud to announce that the College has been selected to participate in the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) Scaling Apprenticeship at Community Colleges project, a national initiative designed to help community colleges expand Registered Apprenticeship programs in nontraditional occupations. NTC was one of only 11 colleges nationwide selected for the cohort.

Northcentral Technical College Announces Spring 2026 President’s List for Outstanding Academic Achievement

Northcentral Technical College to Offer Ged/Hsed Testing Services at Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School

WAUSAU, Wis. (June 15, 2026) – Northcentral Technical College (NTC) will offer GED/HSED testing services at Wittenberg-Birnamwood High School beginning June 23. Testing services will be available weekly on Tuesdays from 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

Northcentral Technical College Extends Application Deadline for Dental Therapy Program This Fall

WAUSAU, Wis. (June 11, 2026) — The first cohort of Dental Therapy students will begin hands-on training at Northcentral Technical College (NTC) this fall. NTC is extending the application deadline for the program following a new loan forgiveness option that could provide financial support to students who would like to begin in August. The dental therapy application deadline has been extended to Friday, June 26.
