Some of those varieties are an assortment of Oyster mushrooms such as Italian, Blue, Pink, and Pearl, as well as specialty varieties such as Speckled Chestnut and Lions Mane.

Requires medical assistant students to integrate and apply knowledge and skills from all previous medical assistant courses in actual ambulatory health care settings. Learners perform medical assistant administrative, clinical, and laboratory duties under the supervision of trained mentors to effectively transition to the role of a medical assistant. Each participant will leave with a 1oz container of their own whipped tallow cream and a 1 oz container of coconut-based deodorant, both crafted during the class. Feel free to bring your favorite essential oils to personalize your whipped tallow cream and deodorant for a unique touch!
Learn how to make tallow soap from scratch! This hands-on class will teach participants how to use fats and lye to make an all-natural soap. Participants will leave with a pre-cured bar of tallow soap, knowledge, and recipe to start making their own soaps at home! Soap recipe includes pasture raised tallow, coconut oil, olive oil, water and lye topped with lavender buds.
This course provides youth between ages 12 to 16 with the necessary requirements to be certified for compliance under Wisconsin Act 455 to operate tractors or self-propelled machinery for their own family on public roads. This course also meets the requirements for the U.S. Department of Labor Agriculture Hazards Occupation Order for youth 14-15 years of age employed on a farm other than their family farm.
This course will explore the basics of safe mushroom identification for numerous spring species. There are great edible mushrooms in the spring. We will look at velvet foot, pheasant's back, wood corals, and of course morels! The second part of the class is a field trip to the woods to use the identification skills in the real world.
