Students will have the opportunity to explore and analyze best management practices in heifer feeds, nutrition, vaccinations, veterinary needs and housing options.

Emphasis will be placed on bovine diseases, however certain diseases of sheep, goats, camelids, cervids, and swine may also be covered.
